I needed to get the item as soon as possible for something time-sensitive. They got my request and processed it really quickly so that it could be shipped across the country ASAP. I really appreciated that. I just gave it to my girlfriend, and she loves it. She's been fidgeting with it since I gave it to her. She loves looking at the photo inside, I hope she can continue to enjoy it as we go long-distance.
Just got a very tight sched on checking out possible gifts for my mom's 60th birthday. Luckily i passed by your store in sm north annex. Kudos to the guy who assisted me -- as he patiently waited for me while i was on the phone asking for my brother's help on what design to choose. The process for engraving the image was really quick but the outcome is flawless. Perfectly engraved my mom's face with greetings on the pendant. The store guy also given me the pendant for free, and i truly appreciate that. Highly recommended shop! You really helped making my mom's birthday extra special and memorable. Will definitely visit again. By the way, it's Rgie, not Regie. haha Thank you!

This made me cry :( As for the engraving, you can only see the details when it catches light. I love the quality of the product. Though, it took long to arrive because of their delivery partner.
