Production & Shipping Policy
PRODUCTION
Our production time takes 2-3 days. Our process starts right after you place the order with us:
1. Fraud Detection: We will conduct thorough checks to ensure that the customer is a legitimate buyer, employing measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
2. Layout: Once the order has been verified, we will now proceed to the layout. Our Layout Artists will be editing your given photo or message to fit the right requirement or quality for engraving.
3. Engraving: Once the layout is ready, we will schedule it for engraving.
4. Quality Check: After engraving on the piece, we will now be checking it for quality. We check both the engraved piece and the lace.
5. Photoshoot: After passing the Quality Check, we will capture photos of the products. This ensures that if customers wish to see the actual results, we can readily provide them with visual representations.
5. Packing and Shipping: After the piece passes through the quality checker, we will now encode it to our courier dashboard and it is now ready to ship. You will now receive a text from our team that your order is ready to ship together with the tracking number.
SHIPPING
Our shipping normally takes 3 to 5 days in NCR and near provinces, 5 to 12 days to other parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We also offer rush orders which will cost an additional 200 PHP for the rush processing and shipping fee via Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, and more. Rush orders are only available to NCR and Cavite
Please be reminded that a third-party courier will deliver your order and we are not going to be liable for any damage or loss caused by them. However, we will still be monitoring your package from time to time to avoid these instances. You as a buyer must also do your part to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
Here are what you can do:
1. Always keep your lines open. The rider might call or text you if he has some concerns with your location.
2. Always prepare cash and leave it to a trusted person if you're not always at home.
3. Delivery days may vary. It can be earlier than our estimated time-frame or later. If you're not always at home and there's no one to claim the package at your address, consider requesting a branch pick-up instead to the rider.
4. If you requested a branch pick-up, you must claim it within 48 hours.
5. There are only 2 delivery attempts to the recipient's address before the order gets sent back to the sender. Make sure you receive to avoid the additional re-shipping fee.
6. Do not reject the parcel. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately.
NOTE: Please record a video while opening the parcel to be eligible for our Returns and Refunds if there are any issues about the parcel.
