I got an update from them they ran out of silver and offered the gold one instead with same price tho they were able to deliver both necklaces in silver. These orders are so personal to me since it was for my in laws in the US. My sis in law loved the necklace so much as the dog was her best friend and they put him to sleep 2yrs ago. My mom in law had a teary eye when she got hers as it was her first time to get a family portrait after a long time.
